
The Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park
During 2 mln years the river Gunnison has made its way through 800 m deep Black Canyon rocks. The canyon is is a center for rock climbing, and many of trails lead down to the level of the river. Leading along the canyon edges Rim Roads offer the stunning panoramic views just several minutes by car from the town Grand Junction.

Rocky Mountains National Park
Over 3 mln tourists a year come to the park to watch beawers, mooses and bears, admire wild peaks of mountains overlooking the green forests and hike on several routes, including 80 km of Trail Ridge Road, which rises up to 3 713 m above sea level.
